New York, New York...

I'd happily move into this NYC Flatiron District condo just in time for the big football game {GO HAWKS!}...

A mere $25mm and it can be yours... makes Super Bowl tickets seem cheap!

Bubble ME pleeeease....

I'm obsessed with this kitchen...

...and it has nothing to do with the layout {it actually looks really problematic with that dining table/chairs in there}... nope... it's the chandelier.  It's absolutely STUNNING... and in my opinion, you can have a lot of wrong in a room negated by throwing in that there ridiculously fabulous light fixture/work of art.

Adding great lighting to a room is a lot like looking polished and fabulous walking around town in an Old Navy tshirt, generic skinny jeans and carrying a Chanel purse.  It's the ultimate accessory to a room and when accessorized right {like the above kitchen} it can take an "ok" or even "blah" room to over the top ahhhh-mazing.

Unfortunately, this particular lighting beauty is not cheap... but, neither are Chanel handbags... get my drift?

Texas Takes Manhattan...

My favorite feature in this month's Matchbook Magazine... Cece Thompson... a darling Southern belle, with a job in Bunny William's office and a fabulous one bedroom apartment that she shares with her husband in Manhattan...
