In Portland, OR for the weekend and staying at one of my favorite spots... The Nines.  Carved out of the old Meier & Frank building... it's part glam, part cool.  If you're looking for a "home away from home" while in the city, I highly recommend...

I could be at the one and only Las Ventanas resort in Los Cabos, Mexico this Cinco de Mayo... I'd be a real happy girl.  If you've been, you know what I'm talking about.  If you haven't you must book your resie.  Serene, quiet, relaxing, beautiful, impeccable service and the best ceviche you'll ever eat.  Leave the kiddos at home for this one and keep your eyes peeled for Hollywood "A" listers...
